Cancellation Policy

We understand that situations may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. However, please be mindful that your cancellation may prevent another patient from receiving necessary treatment. 

To ensure we can accommodate all our patients effectively, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. This advance notice allows us to offer the appointment slot to another patient in need. 

Please note that cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will incur a cancellation fee of R500.Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Your consideration helps us maintain the highest standard of care for all our patients.
